I call this the ‘3 steps to the centre within’.
The first one is connecting to the breath and regulating through breath the brain waves. Second is flush the bad out. And third, protection.
In my humble opinion, we smile because we want to share something. We want to acknowledge that the person in front of us deserves a nice gesture, deserves to receive a little love from us…
There is nothing wrong about being scared. We all feel fear. We are all human. Fear is a trampoline, the reason why extreme sports exist… fear to death? Fear to lose? Fear to get hurt? Fear of what you don’t know… The only way you can deal with fear is facing it. Accept it.
